you did! and well, i'll take what i can get. for a lot of people fandom is all about the fanfic and fanart or about whatever, that is not connected to the other people in fandom (and that's how it is for me sometimes too) but-- yeah. these days the people in fandom are really shaping my experience. whenever i feel like giving it up i seem to borrow the squee from other people, so that works out.
